Project overview
Complete rebranding, including naming, of a SaaS startup formerly named Job Hub, offering recruitment marketing for traditional SME's looking to grow their teams. 

Design approach
The naming process and rebrand were built around the idea of revealing the hiring process step by step, turning a complex and often opaque journey into something clear and intuitive. Spott HR acts as a guide for SMEs with limited recruitment or digital marketing expertise, simplifying sourcing through an automated workflow. 
The visual identity is grounded in simple geometric forms that guide attention and suggest discovery. Circles are the core of the system, referencing a spotlight that brings focus to what matters at each step. The color palette predominantly avoids brighter tones in favor of a more solid, technical feel, helping build trust with conservative industry segments.
